About Us

    "The Focus is the Fit"

Vision: Our vision is to revolutionize the workwear industry by providing fit-for-purpose clothing that seamlessly merges functionality, safety, and fashion. We envision a world where women in construction not only excel in their craft but also feel empowered and confident in what they wear.

Problem/Solution: Historically, workwear has been designed primarily with men in mind, reflecting the male workforce in construction. Women are the fastest growing group in the construction industry, and as a result they need to find appropriate and properly fitting work clothes. We underscore the significance of well-fitted clothing for women in construction to be able to do the job without having to adjust garments or worrying about potential accidents. We provide attire that enables comfort, unrestricted movement, minimizes safety hazards, and fosters a polished appearance, empowering female workers to excel on the jobsite.

Product: We have created two work pants that offer a tailored fit that can accommodate various body types, sizes 0-28. Our entry level Basic Midland Work Pant features deep front pockets, large, reinforced back pockets, and reinforced inner thighs to provide longer wear. The Premium Windy City Pant has all the features of the Midland plus these extra features: reinforced knees for durability with inside removable knee pad pockets, deep outside side thigh welt pockets convenient for tools, and tabs on both sides of the waistband with D-rings to hang keys or other small items.

Value: We strive to provide a cost-effective product that is high quality. Our pants mean enjoying unmatched comfort and freedom of movement that have been designed for women to be practical and functional while maintaining a stylish appearance.
